The staff’s response was the worst. There didn’t even seem to be many patients, but I still waited more than an hour... They kept making me wait without explanation... Even the staff member taking photos spoke to me in a harsh, scolding tone The director and the manager were kind, but the consultation itself involved a lot of strong recommendations and pressure for surgeries other than the area I actually wanted done. Even when I asked questions, the answers went nowhere. I didn’t get the information I actually wanted to hear, and it felt like I just wasted my time. It was the first time I had left a consultation feeling this upset. They really need to train their staff first.
