I went to consult about a double-eyelid surgery, and the wait was really enormous... I think it was about two hours..!! The waiting area wasn’t very big, so it was even harder. I finally saw the director after waiting, but compared to how long I waited, the consultation didn’t feel very detailed And I heard the director is scheduled to leave next month, so follow-up care and after-service after surgery will be handled by another director.. I came all the way up from the provinces, and things like that should have been mentioned when making the consultation appointment, but I only found out late...
