Since Motiva Preserve is showing up a lot these days, I just went to get a regular breast surgery consultation and also consulted about Preserve. At least during the consultation, they did not recommend a large size; instead, they looked at my breast pocket, skin thickness, and current shape and explained the sizes that would be possible. They said Preserve is a method that preserves tissue as much as possible, so recovery and pain may also be a bit better, but I think I would only know that after actually having the surgery. Size
