I had carried around a scar for a really long time after scratching it on a rough surface when I was little, and I went in for a consultation half wondering whether it could still be removed now. During the consultation, the director carefully looked at the scar, and there was no feeling that they were trying to force me into doing multiple sessions just to make more money. They honestly explained only what was necessary, which really built trust. I had three sessions of scar laser treatment, and with each session it clearly faded more, so it was amazing. I had basically given up on it because I'd had it since I was a child, but I'm so satisfied that I wish I had gotten it sooner.
