I went from a 2 cm philtrum to 1.5-1.6 cm. But it still looked long, so I had a revision somewhere else. Now it is 1.2-1.3. The director was kind and someone I could talk to comfortably, which I liked, and they kept doing scar laser treatment afterward, which was good too. The cost seems reasonable, and my satisfaction with the surgery is so-so. It was not bad, but not extremely satisfying either. I also had philtrum dimples done, but I am not sure how effective that was. At first it felt a little pinched in the philtrum, so I was worried, but over time it got better. In conclusion, so-so.
