They said my square jaw wasn’t that severe, so they didn’t cut out that much. I don’t have much fat on my face, and my body is generally on the thin side too.. The nurses, the doctor, and other patients saw me and were surprised, saying I wasn’t very swollen. I stayed in the hospital for one day and was discharged. On the day I was discharged.. I was so hungry.. vegetable porridge, pumpkin porridge, even ramen.. I chewed the ramen carefully.. Then at a coffee shop, ice cream.. ^^; I’m barely wearing the compression band, and I’m only diligently doing cold compresses. Is this okay? And suddenly, my period started yesterday.. I heard somewhere that once your period starts, swelling doesn’t go down from then on.. worry~ worry~ Also, with only the intraoral disinfectant.. my mouth felt so unpleasant that I couldn’t not brush my teeth. So I gently~ brushed mostly my front teeth. I heard somewhere that cold compresses are no use anymore at this point and I should do warm compresses.. is that true? And I heard mugwort heat therapy is really effective. Is that true?? Also, I don’t know why I have to wear the compression band.. so I’m not wearing it.. haha Is this okay? And I heard half-body bathing is also effective for reducing swelling.. It’s day 4 after surgery.. is it okay to sweat a lot with a half-body bath? Please give me advice.
