Previously, when I had my first nose surgery, I disliked that my nose was short and upturned and that my columella looked cut off. On top of that, even the nasal tip started drooping, so it became beak-shaped. This time, I had revision surgery on the nasal tip and nasal bridge at RU, along with correction of a deviated nose and columella lowering. For the nasal tip, autologous costal cartilage was used, and silicone was used for the nasal bridge. Now that it has been 3 months, my nasal line has definitely become slimmer, and maybe because the nasal bridge has more presence now, I even hear people say I look like I lost weight, so I feel good.
