I’ll write a review of my revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. For my first surgery, I used septal cartilage and had functional rhinoplasty, but my nose became crooked and the hump kept bothering me, so I looked into revision surgery. Besides the crooked nose and hump, my nose was a bit long and had a bulbous-nose feel too, so I thought I really needed to research carefully. While looking through lots of revision surgery reviews, I found a clinic. The director there seemed to specialize in rhinoplasty and appeared to have a lot of experience with autologous costal cartilage surgery, so I went for a consultation. I had a consultation with the consultant and then with the director, and the consultation itself was very kind.
