I had a consultation for facial liposuction. There aren't any famous places for facial lipo in Busan, so I went to Haneul and Baram K, which are somewhat known for liposuction. The consultation manager was a bit unfriendly, but the director was fine. I don't know much about facial liposuction, but the liposuction itself seemed like something they had a lot of experience with, and they looked confident, so I got a good impression. If I were to do it in Busan, Baram K seems like a good option.
