Review of Facial Fat Grafting

I ended up getting facial fat grafting together with rhinoplasty, but at the time I only weighed about 37 kg, so overall, whether my face or body, I had no fat ㅜㅜ.. I thought that if I got fat grafting in my face, I would look a bit more lively, and since I was already going under general anesthesia for rhinoplasty, I decided to do the fat grafting at the same time.

I already had no fat on my thighs, but they harvested it from there, and for more than half a year my thigh fat was lumpy. And even now, the areas near my buttocks? or pelvis where the fat was taken out have not filled back in.. Also, the scars from the incisions made near the panty line when removing the fat remain dark.. That is also surprisingly stressful.

After the fat grafting, of course, since I was skinny, I couldn’t maintain my weight, so all the grafted fat disappeared.. I wondered, wouldn’t at least some remain? But not a single bit! remained.

I regretted my nose too, but I don’t think fat grafting is something you can take lightly and just do either..

Fat grafting is not permanent, and you also need to think about the scars from the incision sites when harvesting.. The areas where fat was harvested may not fill back in prettily.

My self-esteem about my appearance had dropped, so I had surgeries like this, but surgery really is scary. Thinking about it now, I wonder how I thought I could handle the side effects that might come later, and why I did something so dangerous..

People around me say that your original appearance itself is precious and beautiful, and I wonder if this is what they meant. If someone is truly having functional difficulties, it may be unavoidable, but for all surgeries done for cosmetic purposes, I hope you think very seriously before deciding!
