I came up from out of town, waited, and only met the manager. I never got a consultation with the director.. The manager looked in the mirror, pointed out areas here and there, and the estimate came to close to 9 million won for a full face, charging by area. I had planned to ask the director all sorts of things if I met him, but I never even got to meet him, so I did not.
