I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty, and the consultant was very kind. The doctor wasn’t extremely warm, but he firmly told me what was not possible, and he said there wouldn’t be a major change from my current nose. I do like a natural-yet-defined style, but since I would be spending a lot of money and there wouldn’t be much change, I felt there wouldn’t be much point in paying that amount, so I put it on hold for now.
