Autologous costal cartilage was 500 and donated rib cartilage was 380, so the material price difference was huge. I hadn't picked a surgeon before going, but the consultation manager recommended Dr. Kim Na-rim, saying she seemed like the one who could create exactly the nose I wanted. The quote was for septal cartilage + rib cartilage + bulbous nose + silicone. The consultation manager was kind and friendly, and the doctor also drew the design on my nose photo exactly along the line I wanted, which I liked, but it seems like this place is better at making glamorous noses than soft, understated ones, and it wasn't surgery by the chief surgeon, so I'm hesitating.
