They said to use septal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage to correct the bridge and tip of the nose. Here they said the septum was large enough, but at other hospitals they said my septum wasn't that large. The surgeon doesn't explain things first and expects you to ask what you're curious about first. If you go without knowing much, you probably won't get much out of the consultation. The consultation manager was a bit pushy about same-day booking.
