I wish the director would consult a bit more. He touches the nose directly and explains professionally, but the system is that detailed questions are handled by the consultant, so that felt a bit puzzling and disappointing. There is one director, and before the procedure he explained in great detail where and how he would place the injections and what effect they would have, which was good. He is kind. Alar Botox has such a reputation for being painful that I went in completely scared, but it wasn’t to that extent. Tears did roll down, but it was absolutely not unbearable.
