Chaotic. Even though I had a reservation in advance, I waited quite a while and then had a consultation with the manager. Even after answering questions, they asked the same things three or four times. During the consultation with the director, there was more personal small talk than actual discussion of the procedure. They did not do any line marking, just looked at my eyes visually and left quickly... When I talked about the final estimate with the manager, they first quoted almost 450,000, and I was like, ??, but then they said that if I did certain things they could bring it down to 280,000.
