Even though I had an appointment, the wait was long at over 30 minutes. The director was cheerful and kind, but did not directly ask what design I wanted, so I felt my preferences were not properly conveyed. They seemed to have a shape in mind, but did not draw directly on a photo, making it difficult to imagine. The consultant first explained the surgical plan, cost, and postoperative schedule, and only answered other questions when I asked, which was disappointing. The cost was about similar to other clinics.
