I used to worry a lot about my philtrum, so I looked for surgery to shorten it and only asked questions through KakaoTalk. They answered my questions quite kindly. I ended up not being able to do it because something came up that required a lot of money, but aside from the fact that they messaged a bit too often, I think it was fine.
