I had a lot of concerns about my philtrum before, so while I was looking for surgery to shorten it, I only asked through KakaoTalk, and they answered my questions quite kindly. In the end I couldn’t do it because something came up that required me to spend a lot of money, but other than them sending messages a bit too often, I think it was okay.
