When I applied for a KakaoTalk consultation with a simple inquiry, I received only a message saying they would 안내 me by phone, with not even 1 bit of an answer to my inquiry... I requested chat consultation because phone calls are a burden, but... then what is the chat consultation for...? ㅠㅠ
