It looked like I got treated by a different director each time. Usually filler and Botox specialist clinics inevitably have delays, but this place is so systematically run that there are rarely any delays. Also, both the directors and the staff are kind. I've been getting treatments consistently and have never been dissatisfied. It's a hospital with nothing but good memories.
