Three years after getting filler, I felt a round, non-dissolving filler granule in my nose. I dissolved it at the original place, but it still would not dissolve, so after searching online I found a blog that seemed trustworthy and went there with desperate hope. I had to wait a very long time, but after seeing my symptoms they dissolved it right away and removed the granule with a syringe. I am so happy lol
