The previous manager had quit, but at least based on that manager's standard, they were kind. The doctor kept checking whether I was in pain during treatment and used a mirror to shape it. If something looked off, they would redo the molding right away. The facilities were good and the shape came out pretty nicely too. But the retention period is short. The most expensive HiCo option didn't even last 2 months, and the lip corners didn't even last a month .. lol The doctor's skill is good, but maybe it was a filler issue .. the retention period was way too short.
