The director was kind, and at other places they all do open rhinoplasty, but here they said they would do a closed surgery only. They said closed rhinoplasty has to be done by someone who is really good at it, and that I shouldn’t worry because they’re good at surgery, which made them seem trustworthy, but on the other hand I am a bit worried that if I do a closed procedure, I might not get the nose shape I want. It’s good that there won’t be any scar left on the columella, and they said if you use ear cartilage it can bend, so they would raise the tip only with septal cartilage. It feels like a new surgical method, a technique different from other clinics…
