This is my second nose surgery. It looks pretty from the side, but from below, there’s an 11-shaped look and a deviated nasal tip. Because of the nasal tip deviation, I had revision surgery at the same hospital, but it looks the same before and after. What should I do about this.. My nose has had that 11-shaped look since I was born, but after surgery, it stands out even more. Is there any way to fix this?
