I went exactly on time for my appointment, but the waiting time was extremely long, apparently because surgery was in progress. It got so long that I was about to just leave, and then I saw the director rushing in, which made all kinds of thoughts run through my head.... Both the director and the coordinator were kind, but the explanation was not very detailed. It seems like they are good at surgery for a high nasal bridge and a drooping nasal tip.
