I got Chanel nose surgery because they said they could raise the tip of the nose with a closed procedure. For a few months it felt ambiguously raised, probably because of the swelling, and since I didn't want anything too obvious, I was somewhat satisfied. But now, about three years later, I don't really feel like I got a big effect from it. I don't know if it's because I've gotten used to this look or because the effect was truly very slight. One thing is that since getting the Chanel nose surgery, the inside of my nose has been very dry and there has been a lot of discharge.
