I had alar reduction at a clinic~ The photo above is before, and the photo below is 1 month after surgery. There was no pain, and the swelling seems to go up and down slightly~ These days, since we wear masks, people don’t even know I had it done, and I went back to work right away on the 2nd day after surgery^^ The nasal tip became sharper, so I think my face looks slimmer overall~ At first, on day 3, bruising came up very slightly, then disappeared after about 2 days. Now, even when I touch my nose, there’s no pain and it isn’t noticeable~
