Hi, it has been 9 days since my surgery and I had silicone in the bridge, the tip done with septal cartilage, plus bulbous nose improvement and osteotomy. I feel a pulling sensation on both sides of the osteotomy area of the nasal bridge... Is this a natural part of the healing process..?!
