The hospital facilities are really clean and better than I expected. The nurses and physical therapists are also very kind, and the director is kind too. However, as far as I know, extracorporeal shock wave therapy can cause side effects if done on the face. I had it about twice too, and the effect on scar tissue seems to have definitely improved. But I think I did get some side effects, like tinnitus in my ear or reduced sensation.
