A few years ago I consulted about nose surgery and a slight receding-chin procedure. The doctor looked extremely tired, maybe because he had been drinking heavily the night before. For the nose, he said to put in silicone and do it with ear cartilage, and for the chin he said to just inject filler and refill it again when it goes away lol. There was no detailed consultation. It felt careless, and it was obvious he was annoyed. There was a ton of waiting, and the consultation was over in less than 5 minutes. I felt like I had come for nothing. Not sure if it was only that day or if it’s changed now.
