The doctor was kind, but I think the consultation managers at any hospital are the problem. Here too, the consultation manager overstepped by deciding on the matters I should discuss with the doctor, was rude even to my questions, and felt commercial. I heard the doctors are skilled, but I was already upset from the start. And I went to 6 places, and all the consultation managers said they had worked in this industry for over 10 years and were experts. I guess that’s their standard line. I just really want medical consultations to be with the doctor.
