Honestly, the review is... it's been a year, but when I said I just wanted tip rhinoplasty, they said even if it was done as a non-open method, it would still count as revision surgery T_T That part made me feel like I should not have done it. (I will have the tip rhinoplasty done at another hospital.) The internal incision alar reduction turned out very naturally and well, so I am satisfied.
