Originally, I had almost no nasal bridge, so I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago. The surgery went well and I liked the shape, but as time passed, the silicone on the nasal bridge settled downward and the nasal tip became pointed, so from the side, it looked like my nasal ala was drooping, and I’m thinking about revision surgery. The nasal tip is hard and the columella looks a bit recessed, but fortunately there are no side effects and everything is fine up to now. I heard the doctor retired. Back then I went to the consultation with my mom, and I remember the doctor casually telling us the surgery cost himself instead of the consultation manager.
