I had a consultation for non-implant rhinoplasty, and they took a CT scan. The consultation fee was free. There were many reviews saying this hospital often recommends paranasal augmentation too, and I was also recommended paranasal augmentation. It seemed like it would look pretty if done, but I did not want silicone in my nose, so I was doing non-implant surgery, and I was a bit hesitant about putting in silicone, so I kept thinking about it. At another hospital they said it was impossible because the septal cartilage was too small, but here they said it seemed small, but possible, and if it was insufficient, they would use ear cartilage
