I brought a review of my revision rhinoplasty with Director Um Jae-ho at DDㅇ. In the past, I had rhinoplasty using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but my short nose correction wasn’t properly done, and it still had an upturned-nose look, so I was always worried about itㅜㅜ There was no way I could avoid getting a revisionㅜㅜ But after the revision, I got the nose I wanted haha. He explained in detail that correcting the bulbous nose together with columella and nasolabial angle correction would look much more natural and pretty, and I followed the director’s suggestion to maintain the nasal bridge while making the nasal tip a little higher. The result was a nose that really fit my face perfectly…
