When you go for a consultation, you only talk to the manager, and after deciding on surgery you see the director right before the operation. Because they do so many surgeries, it feels like they don't examine things very carefully. They do talk to you in the operating room so you don't get nervous, and they are kind. It's good that they provide scar laser care, but some staff members are very careful while others disinfect in a painful way, so it doesn't feel very kind. That's disappointing.
