The consultation manager pushed all sorts of things on me. It was uncomfortable. During the consultation, they kept trying to add more and more, and the whole power struggle gave me a headache.. The more I read it, the more I thought, please just tone it down a bit.. honestly, it drained me. The older desk staff were all extremely rude overall. It felt like they were testing your limits and picking at you..? Even though I had booked after taking before photos, I still waited close to an hour. That was the most infuriating part in the world.^^ I also waited more than 30 minutes just to see the consultation manager. Why even make people book if that is how it is? Anyway, later when I was getting the procedure, the nurse apparently had not received the handover properly and brought the wrong medication, lol. I was angry, but the doctor was cleaning up the mess afterward, so I was just stunned. I liked the procedure result, so I did not file a complaint. The ultimate factory-style skin clinic!
