The consulting manager keeps recommending all sorts of things. It was uncomfortable. During the consultation, they kept trying to add this and that, and it was mentally exhausting from the back-and-forth... Honestly, if you read this, please ease up a bit. It really drained me. The older front desk staff were absolutely the rudest overall. It felt like they were crossing the line and needling people... Even though I had taken a before photo and made a reservation, I still waited almost an hour. That was the most infuriating part of all.^^ I even waited more than 30 minutes just to talk to the consulting manager. Then why even make a reservation? Anyway, later when I actually had the procedure, the nurse apparently hadn't received proper handoff and brought the wrong medication. haha. I was angry, but the doctor cleaned up the mess afterward, so I was just stunned. I didn't file a complaint because I liked the result of the procedure. The ultimate factory-style dermatology clinic!
