I visited about 5 years ago, and as expected from an older doctor, safety was the priority. I had a slight aquiline bump, and he said I could easily just raise the nose tip with cartilage without cutting the bone. The doctor gave off a heh-heh kind of vibe and did not have a stern image. I visited a few clinics with doctors around the same age, and it seems that most older doctors prioritize safety.
