The consultant and staff were very kind. I first had a consultation with the consultant, then the director came in. He was a bit blunt, and he answered everything when I asked, but it felt like he only answered if I asked. He also seemed to dislike repeated questions or frustrating things I felt like I had to watch his mood a lot during the consultation.
