My rhinitis and deviated nasal septum are so severe that I initially considered surgery, but since I’d be doing it anyway, I also wanted to fix areas I feel a bit self-conscious about, like the nasal tip and dorsal hump, so I’m thinking about functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty.
