My rhinitis and deviated nasal septum are so severe that I initially considered surgery, but since I’d be doing it anyway, I also wanted to fix areas I feel a bit self-conscious about, like the nasal tip and dorsal hump, so I’m thinking about functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. At first, in the second half of 2024, I went around for consultations, but because of concerns about time, cost, and other things, I only visited about 5 places and didn’t get surgery.
