They inferred the size of my septal cartilage without taking a CT, so that made me go, huh? At another hospital, when I had a 3D CT taken, my septal cartilage was large, so I was told that would be enough, but here they recommended donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. They also said they would need to use 4 mm of silicone, and I clearly said I wanted something natural, but since I already have a high nasal bridge, the idea of using 4 mm felt questionable, so I lost interest. Still, they did realistically tell me how far things are possible with my nose, so they do seem realistic. But I don’t understand inferring the size of the septal cartilage without taking a CT…
