I’m a woman and my face is on the small side. The consultation manager touched my face and said I needed to get twice the amount, so without knowing anything, I got it that way. A month later, I went to another hospital for a different procedure, and they were surprised, asking why such a large dose had been injected into my jaw. I was told to be careful next time because if you receive an excessive amount, resistance can develop later. I don’t know if the purity of the Botox was low, but even though the dose was double, the effect was minimal compared with other places. It felt like over-recommending during the consultation, so I have no intention of revisiting.
