If you make a reservation without specifying a doctor, the procedure is assigned randomly. The doctors change often. It's prepayment first, then reservation. They often run promotions, and I use them often because they're cheap. Even if you make a reservation, there are so many people that waiting on-site is basically standard. I recommend booking the first slot of the day or the first slot after lunch, or the last slot before lunch ends. The consultation managers are random too, but they aren't that kind. During their busy moments, it feels like they only say what they want to say. I want advice while looking at my face, but they don't give any of that and just do whatever I ask.
