Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Review of Cream

After having buccal fat removal at another hospital, the area under my cheekbones looked too sunken and my face looked even more contoured, so I wanted to have fat grafting done as naturally as possible. After consultation, I had the first and second surgeries in 2020. The doctor is by no means warm and friendly; in fact, he is quite straightforward, so people who go without prior information might be a little startled. But he never makes empty promises or gives commercialized recommendations, and he honestly points out, in a very blunt way, what can and cannot be done, and the limits of what fat grafting can achieve on my face. From a patient’s perspective, if your expectations for fat grafting were high, you might feel a little disappointed, but if you listen carefully to what he says, he is usually right, so even if you have surgery somewhere else, just getting a consultation here would be a big help. His surgical style seems to be that even if a touch-up is needed, he prioritizes safety and very natural results.(He absolutely does not overcorrect, and even though it is more troublesome than frozen fat, he recommends harvesting fresh fat for the first and second procedures. In the end, after experiencing it myself, I came to agree even more after surgery that with fat grafting, if you just avoid overcorrection, you can avoid most major side effects, so I understood why he was so sensitive about this point.) In conclusion, he seems to have a strong aesthetic sense for analyzing refined faces, and he is someone with a doctor’s conscience and sense of duty. The way I write this makes it sound like I am just praising him, but in fact during the consultation I got so angry at his rather blunt tone that I almost exploded and fought with him a few timesㅋㅋ So if he knows who I am, he may find this surprising. Even so, if I look at it calmly, apart from how it made me feel, nothing he said during the consultation was wrong, and his surgical style and results matched the direction I wanted, so I ended up having surgery at this hospital. Ultimately, none of that matters and the results were very good, so now I am grateful to the director. The facial contours were filled in very naturally but with visible effect, the lines I hated so much disappeared, and the improvement was clear. I don’t think there is any sagging yet either. And if you worry that doing it naturally lowers the retention rate, when I recently went to another hospital for a facial contouring consultation, they used a CT program to look at my facial soft tissue condition as well, including the buccal fat and facial fat, and said, "You said you had lateral cheek fat grafting, but it looks like the fat really survived well." I was secretly very worried that everything would disappear, too, but after the big swelling went down at first (I was surprised the immediate postoperative swelling was not severe), the line that appears around four months seems to have stayed almost the same.

It seems that in any field, if you are really obsessed with producing good results, it becomes painful and tiresome rather than fun. Maybe this doctor was like that too. There were ups and downs, but I was repaid with a good result, so I’m grateful. Everyone, please really visit several places and hear realistic advice rather than sweet words that target the vulnerable 마음 of patients, and I hope you end up with a good surgery whose results you are satisfied with. Thank you.
