The manager was just average... The doctor felt like he was giving a somewhat careless consultation.. I knew he had a lot of experience, but the explanation was insufficient. It felt like, "I'll take care of it myself." He did answer my questions, but I felt that he wanted to end the consultation quickly. I was disappointed that the manager did not explain post-op care or after-service.
