At other clinics, the time I spent talking with the consultation coordinator was about the same as the time I spent talking with the doctor, but here the coordinator left quickly and I was able to consult with the director for a long time. The director spoke professionally and also said that while a surgery like this can have these kinds of effects, it isn't necessarily needed. They say he has a lot of experience, but there aren't enough reviews, so I'm debating it.
