I went in for a consultation about surgery for a low nose and small nose. I went on a friend's recommendation, and because my nose was so small and low, they recommended surgery with Megaderm (donated rib tissue) rather than silicone, even though it was my first surgery. The estimate wasn't much different from silicone. The doctor was kind and nice, but I was a little worried about using donated rib cartilage, so I'm planning to look into other clinics as well.
