Everyone, please take a look at my surgery result from before before before before before. Last year, I had surgery with silicone and autologous costal cartilage, but it was too high and my nostrils became 11-shaped. So in March this year, I had the silicone removed, reused the autologous costal cartilage as a support, had cartilage repositioning, and ear cartilage grafting. But I don’t know if my left nostril wing is sunken or pinched, but the shape became like this. The nostril asymmetry was severe right after surgery. When I breathe in, only my left nostril moves and sticks in, and the right side doesn’t budge at all. I really don’t know why this is happening. I contacted the consultant, and they told me to come in this week because the director said I should try a PRP injection. Is this right? With the nostril asymmetry, the columella is also too thick, and because of the nostril wing I can’t even take off my mask. When I go somewhere with lighting, it looks like I’ve been stabbed with an awl. I went for a consultation last month about why this is like this, and the director who did the surgery said it seems to be adhesion. I was so dumbfounded and sad that I couldn’t even speak properly and came out. It’s a hospital famous for removals, and I went for consultations 3 times over several months. I really thought this would be my last surgery, and I paid a lot for the surgery too.... From my house to the hospital and back takes a total of 9 hours. I don’t know if it’s right for me to go and get the PRP injection. When I looked up PRP injections, they said the pain is really severe. When I asked the consultant, they said sedation anesthesia costs extra ㅎ With a surgical result like this, I don’t even know why I have to endure pain again to get an injection, and I’m worried that I’ll need another surgery because of my nostrils. I’m going crazy. Everyone, please look at the condition of my nose.
