Last year, I had surgery with silicone and autologous costal cartilage, but it was too high and my nostrils became 11-shaped. But I don’t know if my left nostril wing is sunken or pinched, but the shape became like this. The nostril asymmetry was severe right after surgery. When I breathe in, only my left nostril moves and sticks in, and the right side doesn’t budge at all. I really don’t know why this is happening. I contacted the consultant, and they told me to come in this week because the director said I should try a PRP injection. Is this right?
